Colorado continues to be a hot market for HuHot Mongolian Grill. The Asian restaurant franchise will be adding another Colorado location this month. Franchisee Jay Warwick is opening his sixth HuHot restaurant on July 21st in the Shops at Northfield Stapleton. He told Fast Casual magazine,”I’ve had a lot of success in this market and with this Franchise; that is why I continue to open more restaurants.”
