The focus of HuHot Mongolian Grill is our fresh stir-fry. We look to food trends, guest favorites and seasonality to determine the offerings on the food line which ensures a wide variety of vegetables, fruits & legumes are available. We’ve recently added a few new options to our fresh food offerings: brussels sprouts, kale, cranberries and a blend of grilled corn and red pepper join the 20+ food line items to help guests customize their perfect stir fry grill meal. All four new veggies combine well with the Asian flavors of our sauces and keep up with consumer demand for a wide variety of healthy options.
Because our concept is so simple, one of the ways we’re able to easily update our menu is to offer new options on the food bars. It keeps our offerings fresh without the need for new recipes that other restaurant franchises rely on for variety.
